Training and mentoring from the founders.
No other franchise offers hands-on training and personal mentoring from the founders of the company. We are dedicated to your success; all training and start-up mentoring comes directly from Greg & Daphne Archer, founders of Age Advantage Franchise.

Initial Training
During your week-long initial training you will learn the aspects of running your Age Advantage franchise. This part of your training includes:
• Senior Care Industry
• Staff Recruitment & Selection
• Staff Motivation & Retention
• Client Inquiries & Consultations
• Client Safety & Satisfaction
• Strategic Planning for Marketing
• Accounting and Financial Planning

Because of our unique Pre-Opening Process you will leave training ready to launch the moment you return.

Specialty Marketing Training
After training, you will start an in-depth 6 week program that focuses on marketing to your local community contacts. Meetings occur on a weekly basis to implement high impact marketing and keys to handling your referral sources. This training course will include the use of our World-Class marketing materials.

Ongoing Personal Mentoring
We are with you every step of the way; as your business grows, we will help you identify your upcoming needs. You will have direct access to the founders who have the experience to help guide you through any situation that may arise.

Ongoing Training
You will have additional opportunities to participate in training and strategy planning for both your franchised location and the direction of Age Advantage. These additional opportunities include:

• Group Phone Calls
• Conferences
